Characteristic symptoms include:

Oversensitive; irritable; swearing mad; changeable disposition; sleeplessness.

Persistent mania with desire to tear clothes; sadness Changeable disposition;laughter and sadness with tears; full of suppressed grief; convulsive twitching Sleeplessness from great excitement; pains seem unbearable; fainting from sudden emotion; acute hearing Nervous trembling activity; speech confused; easily panicked

Melancholy, inclined to weep; great anxiety and apprehension in evening; sleepy during day; wakeful at night.

Bad effects from coffee, tobacco and liquor; very sleepy in evening then sleepless at night; awakens at 3 am; arises in morning un refreshed with dull headache.

Directions
Adults and children above 6 years: 1 tablet sublingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.

Ingredients
Chamomilla 4X (pressing earache; also for children’s restlessness), Plantago major 4X (neuralgic earache, toothaches), Pulsatilla 4X (stuffy ears, external ear swollen and red), Aconitum napellus 5X (external ear hot, red, painful and swollen; earache; great sensitivity to noise), Capsicum annuum 6X (painful swelling behind the ears; sleeplessness), Kali chloricum 6X (earache), Ferrum phosphoricum 10X (first stage of otitis), Hepar sulphuris calcareum 10X (mastoiditis; hardness of hearing; earache), 37.5 mg each/300 mg tablet.
