As the name implies, this is a sleep formulation made up of herbs commonly known for their calming and relaxing effects, as well as several less commonly used herbs. Combined, they become a powerful sleep aid. Adding only a few drops (20) to a 1-4 oz. glass of water & drinking 20 minutes before sleep will effectively work for all but the most extreme cases of insomnia. Should not be used for more than 3 doses in one evening.
