This time release form allows the melatonin to be released slowly into the system over a longer period of time, potentially being particularly beneficial for the aspects of brain chemistry involved in sleep and staying asleep.*

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 to 3 tablets taken 20 minutes to one hour before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

WARNING: May have a strong sedating effect within 20 minutes of consumption, in rare cases may stimulate seasonal affective disorder, depression or have stimulatory effects.
