Further testing is being pursued
After passing chronic and acute toxicity testing in animals, a pilot study was undertaken with HCV patients. The promising results from the first 10 patients reported Hepatitis C RNA dropping well below original levels. Further testing is being pursued.

The patients were diagnosed positive for antibodies to the Hepatitis C virus, and showed elevated levels of GPT (glutamic pyruvate transaminase) and had chronic illness for 3 to 20 years before using Eurocel. Initial quantitative levels of HCV RNA of the patients ranged from 1 X 108 to 1 X 109 copies per 1 ml serum.

2 mg of the herbal combination were taken twice a day during the study, which lasted from 6 to 24 months.
