Enjoying Long Life Without Limits

Anti Aging, is it only a number and what does it really mean.

There are many theories about age and aging. Many scientists believe that we don t live up to a certain age. They do believe that from the second of conception or possibly the thought of conception you are set up with a certain amount of time you will be in the body you were given. The average American lifestyle is given 446,760 minutes of life. How much of this time is quality life is up to each individual. Don t allow genetics to stifle the quality of the life you may have. More research is being released everyday saying genetics play only a very small roll in your health. This research shows that lifestyle plays a much larger role in the future of your heath.

It s clear that aging is a state of mind and has very little to do with the actual age you are. The longest lifespan recorded in history was a man named Li Ching-Yuen from China. Chinese records say he was born in 1677 and his death was in 1933. He stated that he was only 197 years old, but records put him at 256 years old. This information tells us that the human body is capable of living a minimum of 256 plus years. There are also many records of Indians living past 160 years old. Again the quality of life seems to be much more important than longevity. One common denominator of an extended life seems to clearly be happiness. The happier the person was the longer they lived. The second most common denominator was not living an isolated life. Happy loving couples or partners seem to have a longer and healthier life. There were other common denominators which lead to the quality of life that included diet, nutrition, activities, positive thinking, and obligations. Finally people who respected their bodies and worked on their health daily seem to have an edge over all others.

So the next time someone asked you how old you are, hesitate a minute and tell them you just turned 262,801 minutes young. This is age 50 plus 1 minute.
A common man made year is 365 days = 8760 hours = 525600 minutes = 31536000 seconds..

So where does time really play a role in our existence? It depends on who you believe. Many philosophers believe time is an intellectual concept that requires a metaphoric model since time has no concrete reality. But it is obvious that time is a human theory designed to measuring systems used to sequence events, to compare the durations of events and the intervals between them, and to quantify the motions of objects.

The one thing we do know that time is a component related to the biological clock of the human body. Human beings, plants and animals have a biological clock and it tells each plant, human and animal when to eat, sleep and when to wake up. If someone's daily biological clock runs fast, the person will tend to get sleepy early in the evening, but will be able to wake up in the morning with little difficulty. Exposure to the day/night cycle of the outside world will help him or her to reset his biological clock each day otherwise he would go to bed earlier and get up earlier and earlier each day. Because of this need to readjust his internal clock, he is continually under pressure from the external world.

We have all heard of the Atomic clock which is an electronic devise that receives 60 kHz radio wave signal from a broadcast out of Colorado. It is also possible that our electric brain receives signals from somewhere in space that helps us with our biological clock?

What we do know is the Liver in the human body is most likely our biological clock or at least is controlled by our biological clock. The liver is not only the largest internal organ of the human body but it also regenerates itself, which means it has some say on how we degenerate or age. You can surgically remove half of your liver and within 6 months or less your liver will have grown back. There is no other organ in the human body that can perform such an amazing task.

So the next time you hear the confusion about anti-aging and doctors that claim this is possible. What they are referring to aging gracefully and possibly a little slower, and without a doubt improving the quality of your life with less disease and suffering.

With just a little knowledge and the following information, you can do on your own what it takes to help your liver and body with the aging process.

There are 4 areas you need to work on when dealing with overall health and age.

  1. Detoxification of the body starting with the liver and colon.
  2. Slowing down the free radical activity in the body.
  3. Reducing daily stress and emotional upset.
  4. Diet, especially when there is past or pre-existing health issues.

The following information will discuss number 1. Number 2, 3, 4, would need the assistance from one of our technicians to tailor a program designed to your lifestyle.

Detoxification is a continual process that your body tries to maintain without your help. Unfortunately life events and environment slow down the process and at times fully interferes with this function.

Liver detoxification is a slow process that responds best using Lipotropic s and certain herbal combination formulas that act similar to Lipotrophic s. There are many products that claim to be Lipotropic s formulas but are missing necessary ingredients that are classified as Lipotropic s ingredients. Lipotropic s ingredients do not work independently. They need other ingredients including certain B vitamin bound together in the formulas to get lipotropic results. We discovered a formula over 15 years ago called Hepata*Trope and with a few changes over the years makes this product an excellent vegetarian lipotropic. Along with Hepata*Trope is an herbal formula called Colon Program that is a single product with specific ingredients to perform dissolving, brooming or sweeping of the large and part of the small intestines. Usually during liver and colon detoxification any pre-existing constipation is resolved. If you find yourself constipated it will be necessary to correct this issue after you start the program.

Hepata*Trope: 2 capsules 3 times a day before meals for 60 days. Should be repeated 3 times a year unless you are treating a liver disorder or on medication. In this case you may have to live on a lower dose of 2 capsules twice a day. This product will remove excessive fats and the toxins that store in them. It will also regenerate and balance hormones and reduce excessive cholesterol.

Colon Program: 1 tablet at bed for 3 days. If bowels stay firm or normal then increase to 2 tablets at bed. Continue to increase the dose until you see a loosening of the bowels. Stay at this dose and see if the bowel returns to normal or stays loose. If they stay loose then reduce the dosage by one tablet until bowels return to normal. This product is used for dissolving, brooming or sweeping of the large and part of the small intestines. This product should be used for a minimum of 90 days.

Liverlife: 2 oz. or 4 oz. 2 full droppers in water or juice 3 times a day between meals. Start this product 30 days after beginning Hepata*Trope. Use this product for 90 days. This product is used for draining and liver immune rebuilding.

LivrClear: 2 full droppers 2 times a day between meals. This product is needed anytime during the cleansing to assist in bile issues, gallbladder problems and related skin issues.

The following information is for someone with a serious health disorder or extreme discomfort like pain or inflammation. There are many causes for pain and inflammation. One common cause is toxins and intestinal stress related to back pain issues.

Coffee enemas are a powerful way of clearing out intestinal toxins, liver congestion, relieving constipation and pain. Coffee enemas have been used for over 50 years with continued positive results. It is a low-volume enema that remains only in the sigmoid colon. There is a duct between the sigmoid colon and the liver called the entero-hepatic circulation system. When the stool reaches this point, it contains many toxins, which are sent to the liver for detoxification. The coffee enema will increase the transit time in the bowel. The caffeine that is absorbed into the entero-hepatic system causes the liver ducts, including the bile ducts, to empty into the sigmoid colon and be eliminated. Releasing the toxins in the liver ducts makes room for toxins from the body to enter the liver for detoxification. The alkaloids in the caffeine stimulate the production of glutathione-S-transferase, which is an enzyme that facilitates the liver detoxification pathways. Coffee enemas can be done along with the liver and colon detoxification program. If you choose to do the coffee enemas, be sure you follow a program that explains it in detail. You may want to look up the Gerson coffee protocol since Dr. Gerson perfected the program.
