SLEEP DISORDERS (INSOMNIA)
There are many different sleep issues that are caused by many different reasons. If we can learn the reason for the insomnia it s much easier to eliminate the sleep disorder. Any sleep disorder can be resolved even if the cause is not discovered. The purpose of finding the cause is to help us determine a way to prevent the insomnia from returning in the future.
Sleep is one of the most important functions of the human body and is required to maintain health and mental sanity. Insomnia has many causes such as depression, anxiety, fears, excitement, nightmares, caffeine, drugs, environment, aches and pain, loneliness, financial worries, night shift work, temperature issues, deadlines, family trauma or loss, disturbing past experience related to the bedroom or sleep.
There are natural products that help you get to sleep without creating any side effects. There are also sleep product that help you regulate your biological clock back to your normal sleep patterns. Most all insomnia is a behavioral disorder that can be resolved in a short period of time.
