Ingredients

Dosage

Unlike conventional over-the-counter allergy medications (antihistamines, steroidal nasal sprays, etc.) that primarily suppress symptoms, Luffeel nasal spray supports the body's natural response and works to minimize over-reactivity of the immune system that leads to allergic reactions.

There is clinical research to prove the effectiveness of Luffeel in patients with seasonal rhinitis. In a randomized equivalency trial, 146 patients with symptoms of hay fever were treated either with Luffa compositum nasal spray (now sold as Luffeel) or cromolyn sodium nasal spray (sold in the U.S. as Nasalcrom(R)). A significant and clinically relevant decrease in symptoms was reported in both groups, with tolerability rated excellent. It was determined that treatment of seasonal rhinitis (hay fever) with Luffa compositum (Luffeel) is as safe and effective as conventional treatment with the allopathic solution of cromolyn sodium (Nasalcrom(R))(1).
