Arnica Montana Multiplex* Ingredients: Arnica Montana in multiple potencies.	Start 3 days before surgery, 4 pills 3 times a day under the tongue. Let pills dissolve. *Follow homeopathic guidelines listed below for maximum results.

Pro*Nogenol (SCi) Ingredients: Grape seed extract 100 mg (Proanthocyadinins)	Start 7 days before surgery, 1 pill 3 times a day on an empty stomach.

Arnica Montana Multiplex
also known as Leopards Bane, it is a powerful agent that minimizes surgical bleeding, bruising, inflammation, muscle pain, and promotes healing. It works well both in oral and cream forms. Avoid putting the cream near open wounds and fresh incisions. Taken before surgery, there is less bleeding and swelling afterwards, and taken after surgery, pain and bruising are minimized.

Nux Vomica Multiplex
also known as Poison Nut, this alleviates the side-effects of anesthesia and other drugs, helping you to feel more like yourself soon after surgery.
